Use of collected personal data
Your contact details (such as name, e-mail, address, telephone number and date of birth) are for us alone. We use this information to keep in touch with you about the service you have purchased from us, Tessa de Bruijn from Jouw Afrika Reis. We only ask for your information after you have said yes to the question of whether you want to work with us. If you decide not to continue with us after an initial conversation, we will delete your information from our system.

Processing personal information
When you want to work with us, we enter into an agreement, and for this agreement we ask for your personal information. This personal information is solely to ensure that we can organize your dream trip together. If our collaboration ends, we will delete the personal information. When you send us an e-mail or other messages, we will store these messages. Sometimes we ask for personal information that is relevant to the situation in question. Sometimes we write down information. We do this as a memory aid. When we have put this information in a report, we destroy the written information. You can therefore rest assured that we do not share any of your personal data with others without your permission, unless there is an administrative or legal obligation to do so or there is a court order.
